what realtime or lowlatency kernels are people using?
i recently upgraed my asus atom 1.8ghz netbook to ubuntu precice from
oneric.
unfortunatly my performance is much worse,
on oneric i was using alessio abogani's lowlatency 3.0.0 kernel, and was
getting realy good performance,
rock solid at 5.33ms using a mixvibes umix44 and 10.4ms using a berhinger
bcd3000
now i'm using kxstudios 3.20 lowlatency and realtime kernels but latency
has more than doubled, and i still get the ocasiional glitch.
i DO have realtime priority enabled properly.
what gives? ive got 1.10 from bzr on both.
i have my install on an sdcard so i can switch between them easily, but i
much prefer lubuntu precice to xubuntu oneric fro lots of little things
like usbautomounting and such.
