Tomahawk and Banshee are two of my favorites and I know a few of the
developers. I'm sorry you spent time mucking around in the sidebar only to
have me put the kibosh on it. I can definitely relate to spending time on
an approach that turned out to not be the right direction. I've thrown away
plenty of branches that way.
Also, discussions about new features are definitely not bothersome to us.
It's important to understand what we're trying to do and discussions around
that are valuable. Either way we would love for you to continue to
contribute to Mixxx and help create great DJ software.
