Hi James,
Including both of those in your proposal is a good start. Taking into
account discussion on the bug reports in your proposal is definitely a good
idea but the discussion on launchpad isn't final so feel free to suggest
what you think is best in your proposal and then we will work with you to
change it if we disagree.
I would suggest doing some research into our competitor's solutions
(Traktor, VirtualDJ, Serato, DJay, MixVibes etc.) for other ideas.
In fact, covert art on spinning widgets is not original -- DJay has had
this since the beginning. :)
