Hi Ferran,
Mixxx does not depend on JACK directly -- we use JACK via portaudio19. So
you only need to install portaudiov19-dev to build Mixxx. If you don't want
to remove jack2 then you could build portaudiov19 from source without JACK
support or maybe you could find a way to build both jack1 and portaudiov19
so that they don't conflict with the distro-provided jack2 package.
