Hello people!
As a newcomer in this mail list, i'd like to introduce myself:
My name is Miguel, 22 y/o brazillian guy giving his first steps in
programming. I've just finished my first online python course and now i'm all
C++ learning, since i'm willing to contribute to Mixxx project.
In a more formal way, i've studied Geography and Social Sciences in College,
now i'm starting at Industrial Automation. In the past 2 years I've been
working in a public job that gives my some money, but lacks in a sense of job
satisfaction.
I'm trying to head towards new things this 2015 year, that's why I'm thinking
seriously about applying in GoogleSummerOfCode with a Mixxx project, so,
you'll probably see some questions of myself in the next days/months.
As a cool fact i would like to add, i'm a trying-to-be-pro DJ. I'm starting a
DJ formal course tommorow, though it's funny how it is all a funny
coincidence, since i never actually saw the practical link between
programming and DJing in such a close perspective, it all happened in the
past few days.
I've been using Mixxx seriously for a year now, even doing some money with
some small club plays, and, though i have short recorded activity, you could
