I use Eclipse.  There's a very nice Eclipse plugin for QT development
so the static compilation works almost perfectly (there are some errors
here and there).  It took me a long time to bash Eclipse's bad defaults
into usable shape, but once I did I found it quite good.  I don't try
to use Eclipse to do compilation or git operations, though, I find the
commandline tools easier for that.

I have heard good things about XCode but I don't know how well it works
with our workflow.
