The interlacing shouln'd be a problem what I think is the problem that the target size for the low resolution is the same for VCD and SVCD, but the image size is much larger, VCD 352x288 to SVCD 480x576 for PAL. So you might want to try the high resolution. BTW: Matto would it be possible to add again the size information with numbers to you table ?
