I am trying to make a DVD that plays music while displaying a still picture. I successfully used mplex to mux a single frame mpeg2video stream with a long ac3 stream using this command:
mplex -f 8 -o my_movie.mpg my_sound.ac3 my_single_frame_video.m2v But the DVD players (I tested 3) do not indicate time location correctly. They always indicate a time location of 00:00. I have done some research but have not been able to determine exactly how a DVD player uses the stream to display time. Does anyone know if there is a way for me to mux a single frame video with an audio stream such that the DVD player will properly indicate the current time location? I have seen commercial authoring products that claim they can author DVD's to do this so I believe it is possible. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Using Tomcat but need to do more?
