Do you know which commands are used to encode the video ?

Which version of the mjpegtools do you use ?

Posting a image would be very helpful. If possible once the original and 
once the encoded picture

If the images is/are not to big <200kB I will approve the mail to the 
mailinglist. Mails larger than 64kB need to be approved by a mailinglist 
admin.
