The major problem I have launching is the lack of low-end torque. I get the best results by keeping the revs up and balancing between wheel-spin and clutch slippage as I let out the clutch. The only real problem from the suspension is a bit of wheel hop. (I have Neuspeed Sport Springs, and Bilstein Sports, BTW) However, I don't like to punish my car like that too often, and I prefer the twisties to a straight road anyday. Neuspeed makes a set of springs which they call DLS: Drag Launch Springs, which you might want to look into if launching is that important to you. I don't know what the ride height and spring rates are, but since they're optimized for launching, I'm sure that handling suffers. I also don't know how the set-up you suggest will affect launching, but I can be sure it will give you a TREMENDOUS amount of under-steer.
