i guess different people just feel differently about their cars. my car is my baby. it does not work like it should, and i refuse to dismiss the problem as a "wacky" quirk brought on by mother nature. the fact that my car *did* work normally (at 6, 8 and 12 degrees) would seem to suggest that i should not dismiss the possibility that something non-weather related happened to it. i was (and still am) hoping someone has experienced a similar problem. even if its a relatively non-fixable/not easily fixed problem like aging lifters. (0-30 M1 oil, btw). i can accept that, even if there isnt much i can do about it. > what do you expect? a *little* more help then you can apparently provide. > to turn it on and have it run like it just left > the dealer lot? its done that since i bought it in may...why shouldnt it keep doing that? sure it has a few problems here and there, but i know EXACTLY what, and EXACTLY where they are. ....and i know EXACTLY how to fix them, even if i dont have the time/money to do so. ben randolph 92 16v gti _____________ List Sponsor: http://www.netsville.com To remove yourself from this list, send mail to [email protected] with 'unsubscribe a2_16v' in the body of your message See us on the web at http://www.a2-16v.com Visit the 16V Homepage at http://www.gti16v.org
