When I was having my P&P'd head installed, I was advised that the factory stretch bolts are a better choice for street use than the Raceware or ARP head bolts. The reasoning is that the stretch bolts keep a more even torque on the head, which is necessary for long term leak free head gasket life. I wanted to get the Raceware or ARP bolts, but was told that unless I was planning on pulling the head on a regular basis, that it wasn't a good choice. They exception to this is if you're running some form of forced induction, then the aftermarket bolts would be a good thing...
