First you need to find the tranny codes on both gearboxes. With the codes, you can find out what the gear ratio's and R&P's are. Then you can make an informed decision. The codes are usually stamped on the bottom of the gearbox case. Should be something like 4K, 9A, AGB, 2Y, whatever, there's a BUNCH of different ones.
