So, the owner called me to assure that he would set the car straight, after he assesses the extent of damage this weekend. Needless to say I'm PO'd. But more the point I need to ride herd on the shop to make sure that everything and anything that needs replacement is done. Here's my list of what probably needs replacement: 1. Valves 2. Head gasket 3. Valve cover gasket 4. Head bolts 5. Oil Change 6. Coolant Flush 7. Valve guides? Anyone else BTDT. What else needs replacement at this point? Alternatively, is there a readily available source of new/manufactured heads for a 2.0 16v engine?
