i disagree. and i completely agree with scott. the car looks like
shit. he and i both think that, and there is nothing thats going to
change that. (no to put words in your mouth or anything, scott) sure
the car has mega expensive and extensive body modifications, but i, and
people like me, could care less. perhaps their crafstmanship is top
notch...perhaps they spared no expense on the job, and perhaps they take
pride in their work.

does that mean it deserves any credit? no. i personally feel that each
and every individual who had anything to do with that car was wasting
their time. the only thing i can think of when i look at that car is:
why? futhermore, i would be dissapointed--nay, angry--if i spent a wad
of cash to go to waterfest, and that was the epitome of the type of
"modded" car i would have seen. (thats why i didnt go, btw)

i understand the whole "different strokes for different folks" thing
and im totally down with that. you do what you wanna do, and ill do
what i wanna do. i could care less what anyone wants to do to their VW,
as its none of my buisiness. just dont expect any fake praise out of me
if i think its a POS. dont expect me to fake interest in it and try to
find "nice" things about it, cause i wont. youve got to be true to
yourself. if you honestly thing that shitbox is a nice car, stand up
and say it. nobody's stopping you.

just expect to hear from me again. :-)

we can look at the owner of the car (or whoever) and wonder why he feels
the need to be so noticed. why does he feel to be the center of
attention? it aint no sleeper, thats for sure. i classify that car as
riced out as most any other VW at waterfest. (thats speaking from
assumptions and from what i hear, of course) and for that matter, most
any other VW at most any other show. theyre all shit these days...

i guess ill stop before i get started though....
