Also don't forget a dry sump oil system is a 3 stage or more pump, it has 
suction sections to keep excess oil from building up and high pressure 
discharge sections to keep the engine lubricated...<most have 2 scavange one 
pressure or more> ussually a real basic system sucks the bottom end and 
lifter valley while pumping into the top of the motor
