For some strange reason my Golf seems to lose alternator bracket bolts. This weekend I lost my second one in six months. I lost the long M8x120 bolt that the alternator pivots on. After replacing that bolt I checked all of the other bolts that hold the alt. in to be sure they were tight. well this weekend the car threw another bolt.
