OK, here's how it works.  VW warranties the parts for 12 months/12K miles.  
That's it.  Talk to Glenn, he'll tell you all about it.  As far as AHR goes, 
the guy I talked to really seemed to know his shit.  He was familiar with the 
bent valve problem, he knew about the sodium filled valves, and he even knew 
about the port sizes on 2.0L and 1.8L heads being different.  They use only 
OEM parts to rebuild the heads.  I will be placing my order tonight.  There 
goes another $400.  Damn these cars are expensive to fix.  Anyone have an 
Audi 4000CS Quattro?  Damnit...there I go again...
