I have a Brospeed header and a cat.  The new Brospeed headers are smog legal
(mine is an early prototype with no EGR port), and bolt right up in place of
the down pipe.  It will add some HP and torque (I have before/after dyno
sheets somewhere).  Oh, and the new ones come ceramic coated, and run
somewhere around $350...
