I've had 9 traffic tickets. I've gone to court for almost all of them,
without a lawyer. Only one is on my record. Most of the time, you have a
better chance of getting off easier if you go to court. I always plead
for 'supervision' instead of saying 'guilty'. A law professor told me to
do that. So far, I've had good luck. Although I've had to go to traffic
school 3 times. If your state has traffic school, you can sometimes get
out of it by going to court and pleading for 'supervision'. If you mail
it in, you most likely have to take traffic school. Obviously you HAVE to
go to court. For your offenses, I would seriously conisder getting a
lawyer. 113 in a 65! Ouch! I think that you would be better off with
extra help on this one. With reckless driving, you risk losing your
liscencse for a while. If you don't lose your liscencse, I guarantee that
you will be on some sort of a supervision that will most likely include
at least 8 hours of traffic school. Sorry for the bad new. Get a lawyer!
Adios!
