The article on the Kent 258's that appeared in European car has been
reprinted in the lates issue of VW Power magazine.
Here's some paraphrased excerpts:

At peak power, the Kent 258's churned out a solid 7hp (at the wheels) more
than the euro cam.

On this 2.0L motor with a 1.8 head, exhaust, and the euro cam, the techtonics
fuel enrichment (same as the Autotech power module) was good for almost 12hp
(at the crank).

Here's a piece of advice you shouldn't follow: The CIS-E injection was
adjusted with a meter, to the "rich" side of the stock specs: 5-7 milliamps.
This is incorrect. Averaging 5 mA is the stock setting. 5-7 mA is too LEAN.

2-4 mA would be a rich setting.

Alex.
