For one of my co-ops they sent me to MI for a summer. Had many
different rental cars. The best was the Olds Intrigue. Man, that thing
had balls!! We drove from Rochester, NY to Flint, MI by way of Canada
and really put that thing through its paces. Played car tag with a LHS
in St. Catherines, Ont. Four lanes of traffic, rush hour, and we were
doing in excess of 100MPH!!! The car was stable and handled well. We
kept up with the LHS just fine. At one point we were racing down the
far right lane while all the other lanes were stopped and flew by a
bright yellow Lambo!!! The guy was pinned in with no where to go and a
look of disgust on his face...Probably because he couldn't figure out
how to shit into first :-) We passed him once and never saw him again.
