I use a BABB- Big Ass Breaker Bar.  Find a piece of steel tubing (big enough
to fit over a 1/2 inch drive) that is about 3 feet long and you should have
no problems.

That bolts is torqued to 196 lb./ft.  An impact gun is the best way.  You
could also have a helper put a wrench on the crank damper bolt to keep the
motor from rotating.
