Your buddy give us any tips on how to get them open w/o destroying them???

The thought of $30+ for switches for my seats doesn't sit so well.  Thankfully 
I got the driver's seat set b/f the switch crapped
out on me ;-).  Screw the passenger!!!  HA HA....
