Okay, well it looks like my rear wiper is not working.
I guess its one of those things that you don't notice
until its broke. Anyway, I narrowed it down a little
bit:

- The washer still pumps fluid out the back when the
stalk is pushed back. I am nearly positive that my
wiper switch is okay judging by this.

- I measured the voltage coming off of the two hot
wires at the motor. Both were around 2 volts when the
switch was turned on.

- The intermitent relay. I have a good reason to
believe this is my problem. Anyone else have a
similar problem with their rear wiper? Did it end up
being the relay?

FYI- This weekend my passenger side wiper arm began to
strip on the splines. Of course this happens only
when its raining, and you are not close to home.
Here's a quick fix: Take a piece of napkin (tissue is
too thin), and wet it slightly. Then take the small
piece (half inch by half inch or so) and put it on the
spline. Put the arm back on, over the piece of
napkin. If you tighten the arm back down in the
proper position, it should be fine and will hold quite
tight.
