There's nothing wrong with an oil-cooled turbo - it takes a bit more
care and feeding but it's merely a formality - sorta like taking the
time to put on your seatbelt.  

It's gotten to the point where I don't even think about it and
naturally take it easy for the last few miles of my journeys.  If I'm
pulling a heavy load, I just let the engine idle until I can unload -
no big deal.
