The Odometre is pretty easy to fix but it can be a bitch.
The tools I'd recomend to use are a Jewlers set of screwdrivers and a
saringe (like what heroin adicts use).
More than likely your Odo isn't working because there is a metal gear
slipping on the shaft that holds all the number wheels.
With the cluster disasembled, with the saringe and take in a bit of
super glue then inject the glue around the metal gear.  DO NOT OVER DO
IT WITH THE GLUE. You will only need a super small amount.  Let the
thing dry and your set.

I haven't actually tried the saringe method yet, I thought about it
after disassembling the entire cluster and taking the shaft out that
holds the numbers, its a bitch to get working correctly again.
