Was at the Ecology in Santa Fe Springs today (Imperial Hwy and Carmenita) and there was a fresh 84 GTI with motor and tranny still in it.
I didnt crawl under it, but it looked unmolested leading me to believe there was a 4k tranny there too. Car was brought out 6/14 so it's brand new.
