Well it was my timing belt after all. It looked like it skipped two
teeth. It might have only been one, but it was pretty far off. I spent
ten minutes readjusting the timing belt and now it runs like a champ. My
car revs well, and has a lot more power down low. Thanks to everyone who
suggested checking the timing belt. On a related issue...I think I need
to replace my tensionor. It makes a pretty loud whirring sound when I rev
the engine. I think I had the belt to tight the first time around.
