Trying to point out inaccuracies on a ticket will more than likely piss off the judge instead of doing you any good. I had a speeding ticket for doing 52 in a 40 dropped down to 49 in a 40. But the speed limit was really 35 and then there was something else that was wrong on the ticket (sorry don't remember what). Well anyway, when I pointed this out to the judge he said so you would rather get out of punishment for your mistakes due to technicalities. Then he just got pissed and went off and gave me a mega fine. Then just as he was about to call the next case he dropped it back down to something cheaper. But in any case he wasnm't very happy that I brought that up.

BTW, whats improper start?

Got 2 tickets last night and I have a couple questions. If information is incorrect on the ticket, will it be thrown out? On one ticket, my DL is wrong. On the other ticket, my registration exp is wrong.

I'm not looking to scam anyone, but I've seen tickets thrown out cause they got a car color wrong.
Just trying to save my arse.

Thanks and sorry for the OT post.
