You could build a Rabbit 16v and pay for 1.6l 8v insurance.  I told my agent 
all about my car and how much it is worth and how fast it is... he just said to 
take a bunch of pictures and that they would take care of me if anything 
happened.

Its funny you mention that,....when I insured my 90 GLI, the insurance lady had 
another office coworker doublecheck because she couldnt believe the
number was right, as opposed to the number for a 90 GL   - Josh

The symbol on my car was so high that the insurance agent got up out of his
chair and walked out to the parking lot to see the car.
