If you're going to go with a G60, I would keep the compression to what it
is in the G60.

Drivability should not be a problem, assuming everything is tuned
correctly.  It's not going to be that different, you'll just have a head
that flows quite a bit more. :)  The only things you will need to worry
about is whether you'll be able to get enough fuel (not a problem with
aftermarket chips, injectors, fuel pressure regulators, etc) and ignition
maps (also probably not too much of a problem, assuming you keep the
compression the same as the G60.
