Have the oil pump looked at. If it's OK and gages show that you have low oil pressure, you're looking at a rebuilt engine, at the very least a rebuilt bottom end (hopefully the cams aren't wiped out). Adding stuff to your oil ain't gonna fix a busted motor, I'm afraid.
