Your money would be better spent on a header - whether it be a true
header or a dual outlet downpipe.  This will allow the engine to
exhaust the gases in a more efficient manner.  

The rationale is that the engine will be restricted by the exhaust
flow regardless of what intake mods are performed.  Do the exhaust
first and work your way into the intake system.
