Hey guys...
I have a question for all of you. I have seen a few custom VWs online, and I have a question about something I saw. A lot of the cars I have seen still have the stock ground effects and wheel flares, but they are painted body color. How is that possible? The ground effects on my car are textured and would not give off a smooth finish like i have seen. Were smooth ground effects ever available? If I could I would love to paint all things on my car that are black red to match the body color, any clues as to how to do it? And while I am on the subject... the side GFX under the doors on my 91 Jetta were missing when I bought my car, anybody have a set they want to sell?
One more question... now this may be a dumb one but bare with me. My car is a GL wolfsburg edition... I am REALLY curious as to what exactly that means. I have been told it means nothing, but it has to mean SOMETHING otherwise it wouldn't be there. Any clues?
