We will try this one step at a time. 1. Are you using internet explorer to try to access this?
if the answer is "YES": STOP, DON"T USE IE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It does not handle FTP sites correctly sometimes. 2. Download a program called "CUTE ftp". Do a search for it, download it, install it. 3. Use the "Quick Connect" option. Enter the required information in, connect, and download the files. 4. If you are using a modem to download this: DON'T!!! You will never get it downloaded. It is a huge file. If you have tried all this, then right back and tell me what the problem is.
