8 or 10 is overkill, because you're not going to be able to find plugs for
the headlights that will accept that size of wire. I would stick with
12 ga, it's plenty big for the amps you'll be drawing and the length of
the run to the headlights.

Buy yourself a multimeter, and just test each wire.. that's the easiest
way to be sure. You can get a cheap needle type one at a hardware or
electronics store for around $10.

I didn't run any fuses when I did mine, although I probably should have.
Your best bet would be to hunt down some relays with fuses built in.
Otherwise, you'll want a fuse on the input to each relay. Speaking of
relays, I'd recommend going for the largest ones you can find- 30 amp or
better. If you plan on running really high wattage bulbs, i would
probably do 3 relays- one for both low beams, and one each for the high
beams. If you can't find 30 amp relays that would probably be your only
option. If you've got 80/100 H4's and 100W H3's in the centers, that's
400W with the high beams on. At 12 volts, that's over 30 amps! Hope you
have a good alternator. :) With a 20A running each high beam, that would
give you enough of a cushion.

Well, if you want to do that you might be kind of stuck, as the stock
aero's have different plugs than the euro H4's. You could use adapters,
but that makes all that huge wire pretty worthless. If you're going to
switch later I would leave some extra wire at the ends so you could
re-solder on the H4 connectors.

Oh, and you'll probably be happy with your aero's for a while longer after
you do the relays... I thought my H4's were awesome until i relayed them.
Even with 55/60 bulbs they're really damn bright. :)
