Well assuming that these attacks are from some Islamic Middle Eastern
terrorist regime (hence why the Palestinians are partying in the streets of
Palestine), the terrorists would most likely assume to be dead and then be
considered martyr's. This way they are fully cherished by Allah for dying
to protect the islamic faith. Of course this is just what I have heard and
read. I don't know too much about the islamic faith other than they hate
how Americans are.

The problem is that the US Government is too full of pandering
philanderers who are too afraid to take definitive action lest it
raise the ire of some PAC. Ultimately all the people who
participated in this terrorist act are either dead or so deep in
hiding (if not already out of the US) that they'll be tried and
convicted in abstentia but never actually executed.
