Well I think it's time to get the bolts extractors out.  If you don't have
any, go buy some.  If you have access to a Snap-On tool guy, buy their left
hand extractor set, they work a lot better than regular right hand
extractor.  You can try to heat the bolt red hot, and throw a glass of water
on it right after.  If often help unlocking the threads.  Good luck dude.
