Yes I did miss that email. I am also have in slight lag in receiving emails from the list. About 15-30 minutes. Is anyone else having this problem?

It is a 1990 (.5) with big bumpers but I think the front one was replaced.

You must have missed this from Rich...
Also, is your big bumper the '90-'92 factory one?  The "real" OEM bumper
covers have the fog light holes already open.
