Hey all, I've noticed lately that my GLI is stumbling at high rpms, like between 4500-6000. It seems to be worse when running the A/C. Also, I noticed that it would stumble if I hit both front power window buttons at one time while on the highway.
Sounds like it's an electrical problem? I've checked the main ground strap and it looks okay. Going to take it and the battery connections off and clean them tonight. Ditto the plug and coil wires. Any other things I should check? Oh, and my transfer pump was 3 years ago and only has 24k miles on it. Laters, Brian 1989 Jetta GLI 16v Wolfsburg
