Duuuuuddddeeee - what do you mean "in the worst way" - that's the best way since it didn't cost him or his buds anything more than a few turns with the cut-off wheel and a case or two of beer.
Besides - now the car is slammed and therefore it rocks b/c it's slammed. And another thing, that jiggly ride when they drive it down the road - that's normal b/c the springs, now that they're cut, are "tight" compared to when they were at full-height. You're obviously an old fart and just don't understand how to REALLY modify a car.
