Chad, I had a business partner who collected from the city of Newton, MA for damage to his Alfa about 10 years back but it was a long and frustrating process. You should call the offices of the mayor / town manager/ highway department and plead your case. Also, take pictures of the road defect the caused the damage. Lotsa luck; you're going to need it!
