[a2-16v-list] removing steering wheel spline adapter on A3

All, 
  If anyone in SE michigan has the tool to remove the splined steering 
wheel adapter on a Mk3 Jetta PLEASE let me know.  Otherwise the car 
is getting towed to a repair shop tonight for a bad ignition switch.  :(
