I called the dealer and they told me that the B4 has a 3 piece setup rather than the 1 piece mount in the B3. I haven't seen a B4 2.0L but I have seen one with a VR6 and the engine compartment is identical in both cars. I know the CV axles are the same.
I've talked to several people and they think my motor mounts are poorly designed. I have decided that the only reason for the change is that there is a problem with the B3's. If anyone lives in upstate SC and has a 2.0L B4 I'd really like to take a look at it. If any one has what I need let me know. I'm also interested in either making my own solid mount or buying one if available. If any one has any advice for making one or knows a company that sells them let me know.
