I'm selling my third replacement mount because I have been advised that a liquid filled mount is not appropriate for a performance application. I haven't been driving the car hard but I plan to and don't want to worry about the mount. It would be OK if there was a limiter built in but there isn't. I considered making my own external limiter but would rather just explore the alternatives.
This mount has been installed but has zero miles on it. It is made by Beck/Arnley, Part# 104-1021. It would be perfectly OK for an AT or for someone who drives their MT economically. I cant return it because it was exchanged, not purchased. Jimi Polivka '91 Passat GL 2.0 16v, 5 speed
