Try this: Remove the vertical mounting screw that goes in from the bottom on
the outer side of the fog lamp. Then push the lamp straight over, toward the
inside of the car, and it should slide out of the bracket.

I have a leaky fog light lens on my 91 Jetta GLI. I have looked from
underneath the car and found one screw that is part of the mounting
bracket,
but can't seem to find a 2nd. I assume there is at least a 2nd since when
I
remove the screw I found it still doesn't come out of the bumper.
Has anyone removed an OE fog light before? Is there a 2nd screw? Must the
bumper be taken off? Bentley doesn't seem to cover this removal. Any help
appreciated?
