Possible areas to check: 1) warm-up system components themselves (I haven't worked on late 8v cars: does this one have the thermostatic air bypass perhaps?) including the pressure regulator, 2) bad or clogged injector, fuel line, or filter - the additional fuel during warmup may be needed to make it run, and it's going lean immediately afterward, 3) hose on intake side collapsing under vacuum when warm.
