the 16v manifold WILL NOT fit on an 8 valve engine. 
there is, however, a dual outlet 8v manifold.

The 16v downpipe only works with the double out 16v exhaust
manifold.  I believe the 16v manifold will fit up to an 8v head. 
If I'm wrong I'm sure someone will correct me.  The 16v manifold
is a 4 into 2 and the downpipe is a 2 into 1.  This should help
the 8v motor breath much better and you won't have to deal with
the 8v manifold/dowmpipe connection which I have heard can be a
pain in the ass.
