Larry,
Replacing your RR motor mount will probably help with your engine movement.
It shouldn't take more than 1-2 hours for that mount. Loosen the three bolts
at the top of the mount. Use a floor jack to support and lift the motor
slightly off of the the mount. Remove and replace.
Here is my take on OEM RR motor mounts:
OEM RR non-hydro mount - most engine movement - no interior vibration - not
much $
OEM RR hydraulic mount - less engine movement - no interior vibration - much
$
OEM RR non-hydro w/poly inserts - even less engine movement - some interior
vibration - some $
As for the hop kit, replace your all your mounts first as you planned,
you'll probably find you don't need this then.

GBergthold

Are you guys saying there is something else besides the parts I had listed
that I should buy? Is this 'hop kit' another piece?

I had that shock. I was quoted over 100 bucks to replace it. I didn't
bother.
I currently the non-hydro rear mount and the insert for it. They are
combined with the Poweflex old style poly front mount and the
Turn2 solid rubber tranny mount. Its a bit excessive at idle, but its not
bad while driving.
